Kids Nerf Parties – Everything You Need to Know

We offer Nerf Parties from age 6 and up. Children from the same school year are welcome, so a child who is 5 but turning 6 is absolutely fine.

Kids Nerf Party – Questions & Answers

Q1. What ages can take part in a Nerf Party?

Our Nerf Parties are suitable for ages 6 right up to adults.

Q2. What are the venue requirements?

Autumn / Winter (Indoor Parties):

• Minimum hall size: 10m x 10m

• Access to electricity (required for inflating/deflating equipment)

• 30 minutes before and after the party for setup and pack-down

• Easy access parking for our coordinator to unload and load equipment

Spring / Summer (Outdoor Parties):

• Outdoor parties are available

• Access to electricity is still required

Q3. Can children bring their own Nerf guns?

Yes! We provide all Nerf guns, but children are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
We just ask that all personal Nerf guns are clearly labelled with the child’s name.

Q4. Can we have more than 20 players?

Yes. Packages include up to 20 players.

• Additional players: £10 per child

• Team-building packages are available with unlimited players, rotating groups, and flexible durations

Please let us know of any increase in numbers at least 7 days before the event.

Q5. Can adults join in?

Yes, adults can join in, but they count toward the total player numbers.

Q6. Are spectators allowed?

For indoor parties, we ask parents to leave the hall during gameplay due to stray Nerf darts.
For outdoor parties, spectators are welcome to watch from a safe distance.

Q7. Do you provide food?

Food is not included in our packages.
Most venues offer party rooms or catering options.

Q8. Do you stop for food during the party?

No. We play continuously for the full duration, with short drink breaks only.
Food and cake are usually done after the Nerf Party finishes.

Q9. Can we play music during the Nerf Party?

We don’t recommend playing music during the party, as children need to clearly hear the coordinator’s instructions.

Q10. Are Nerf Parties safe?

Yes! Safety is our top priority.

• Safety glasses are provided and must be worn at all times

• No headshots allowed

• A full safety briefing is given before gameplay begins

Q11. I’ve paid the deposit – when is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due 10 days before the party.
A payment link will be emailed to you.

Q12. Will I hear from you before the event?

Yes. You’ll receive a text message from our office before the party with the name and contact number of your event coordinator.

Q13. I ordered Nerf Party decorations – when will I receive them?

Decorations will be handed to you on the day when the coordinator arrives.

Q14. What should the children wear?

• Sports clothing

Nerf Party Games

Our coordinators choose games based on age, group size, and energy levels. Popular games include:

Capture the Flag

Two flags are placed at opposite ends of the playing area. Teams must retrieve the opposing team’s flag and return it to their base without being hit. Flags cannot be hidden or moved by the defending team.

Civil War

Teams line up at opposite ends. On the command “FIRE,” each player takes one shot. Any player hit steps out and goes to the quarantine area. The game continues until one team is eliminated.

The Bomb

One team starts with the bomb and must advance to the opposing base. The defending team protects a set location. The game ends when the bomb reaches its target or one team is eliminated.

The President

Each team selects a President (wearing a mask). The goal is to eliminate the opposing team’s President while protecting your own. Once a President is hit, the game ends.
